Dow, SP 500 end with gains up after bumpy week, but Nike drags

Facebook climbed 2 percent and Tesla rose 2.7 percent. The SP communication services sector climbed 0.7 percent and was the second-biggest sector gainer of the day after energy, up 0.8 percent.
